- Business context — Information you share during onboarding conversations, including business model, funnel definitions, goals, and audience descriptions.

- Usage data — Features accessed, actions taken, session events, and error reports collected via our analytics provider.
- Waitlist submissions — Email addresses submitted through our early access form.

- Provide the service — Generate Growth Briefs, insights, and ranked opportunities based on your data and business context.
- Improve the product — Analyze usage patterns, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- Communicate — Send product updates, onboarding follow-ups, and service notifications.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Switchpad:
- Supabase — Authentication, database, and storage.
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment.
- PostHog — Product analytics and event tracking.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery.
- Stripe — Payment processing (when applicable).
- Inngest — Background job processing.
- OpenAI / Anthropic — Large language model processing for analysis and insights. Your business data may be sent to these providers to generate briefs. We use API agreements that prohibit model training on customer data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers listed above for the purpose of operating Switchpad, or when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) on our database to ensure users can only access their own data.
- Regular security reviews and dependency audits.
- Secrets stored in environment variables, never in source code.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data in a portable format.

9. Cookies
