1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Switchpad, a product of The Little Byte LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Switchpad is an AI-powered growth analysis platform that connects to your data sources and produces Growth Briefs with metrics, insights, and ranked opportunities. The insights provided are informational and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or strategic advice. You are responsible for all business decisions made using Switchpad.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the service beyond authorized API usage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls.

5. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you provide to Switchpad, including business context, connected data source credentials, and the content of your conversations with the analyst.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Switchpad service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

The Switchpad service, including its code, design, brand, documentation, and generated report formats, is the intellectual property of The Little Byte LLC. The Growth Briefs generated for you are yours to use, but the underlying technology and templates remain ours.

7. Disclaimers

Switchpad is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any insights or analysis.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
• The suitability of the service for any particular purpose.

The AI analyst may produce incorrect or incomplete analysis. Always verify critical business decisions with independent data review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Little Byte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Switchpad.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the service settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of Switchpad after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
